Bright and Sunny Room v close to town

Hello!

We are looking for a friendly, sociable housemate to replace someone who is leaving in our houseshare.

The room is a bright single room the first floor. It comes fully furnished with a bed, large mirrored wardrobe, a desk and chair. The room is available from Nov 30.

We are professionals and like to hang out in the evenings and have dinner together, but we all have our own lives as well. It's a clean and tidy house where people are respectful, and everyone in the house is a long-term tenant.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (both with showers), lounge and kitchen. You would be sharing a bathroom with two others. There is a big garden at the back with outside seats and a BBQ for when the weather is nice!

The location is very central on Histon Road, just 10 minutes walk to the City Center and Cambridge University, and 2 minutes walk to Aldi and Coop. It's a 10 minute cycle to the Science Park, easy access to North Cambridge. Rent is £390 pcm + £60 for bills (council tax, water, electricity, gas, internet).

Sorry we don't allow pets in the house, but they can be considered for outside.
