The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove and oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, and microwave. There is a dining room with hardwood floors, dining table, and a separate living area with couches and a working fireplace. There is a bathroom with a separate toilet.

The house is in an excellent location - close to the shops, restaurants and cafes on Mill Road, the Empress pub and the train station. The rent is £470 per month plus bills. Bills (gas, electricity, council tax, wifi) come to £90 per person plus a water charge every 6 months.
