House is found in Livermore close we are husband and wife, daughter of 21 attending university all employed we have our own bathroom so you would only share with my daughter , house is clean and modern and spacious , nice kitchen with breakfast bar own fridge and cupboards ,front and back garden with seating under cover for all year round ,minutes walk to bus stops , science park 15 minutes cycling to town centre , shops and pubs round the corner , friendly street with a large field next to it if you wish to go and enjoy the space , if staying for a short stay then we would like £100 weekly with £100 deposit ,room will be available from 07/ 08/ 2014 look forward to hearing from you
