This comfortable, well-appointed home is on Primrose Street, a quiet residential road located off Victoria Road, with three large double bedrooms. I'm looking for two people to move in because my housemates are leaving due to new jobs outside Cambridge.

The house has a spacious hallway, a light and airy lounge with large French windows onto the garden, and an adjoined kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fan oven, and a large fridge-freezer.

There’s also a downstairs loo and a small spare room/study, plus an under-stairs cupboard fitted with dishwasher. The house has access to a big shed, useful for storage, and there is car-parking on the driveway.

The two available bedrooms are doubles. One is on the first floor, and it has space for desks and other furniture. The current housemate is happy to leave some of her furniture if this would be helpful.

The other bedroom, on the second floor, has its own separate bathroom (with powershower, bath, and toilet); it also has a fitted wardrobe. There is an additional large bathroom on the first floor.
