Large single room in spatious clean house

Hello there!

We have a large single room available anytime from the 1st of October in our sunny semi-detached house. The room looks out over the garden and has plenty of storage space and a single bed which can be replaced for a double. The house is very light and spacious and really feels like a home. It has a lounge with comfy sofa and projector for the cinema experience, bathroom, a small study room and a large dining room and modern fully equipped kitchen. The house is very well maintained and we like to keep it clean and comfortable to live in.

There are off street parking facilities and a fully enclosed garden to the rear with BBQ and patio as well as covered bicycle parking. The garden even includes a very nice detached studio for lounging about! The house is on a quiet street with friendly neighbors and close to a Co-Op and other shops as well as a large Tesco 5min by bike. It's about 10min cycle to the heart of Cambridge and 15 to the train station.

I am a marine scientist from Holland, working for a consultancy with frequent overseas travel. Kolja is from Germany and has recently started a job in Cambridge. We enjoy making the most of our free time by being out and about but can be quite busy with work as well. We're quite sociable and respect the privacy of our flatmates. We're looking for someone who would be a nice fit, ideally, someone who is easy-going, clean, considerate and sociable, either male or female. Bills (council tax, electricity, heating and internet) are not included and come to around £95/month pp.
