Spare Room in Student House

Hi there,

We are three PGCE students at Cambridge University and we have a spare room available in our house.

The room is roughly £80 a week and everything is furnished. The whole house itself is currently being refurbished (new flooring etc) and will all be completed by the time we move in (September).

We are all in our early 20's and relatively normal!

We are looking for another student so that we are exempt from council tax! Also, the contract is for one academic year (although this can, if required, be extended).
