Double on Atkins Close - Cambridge

I have a double bed room on Atkins Close available. My previous lodger moved on after 4 years, so have taken the opportunity to re-paint, replace the mattress and some of the furniture.

The lounge, kitchen and shower (no bath) rooms are shared. There is broadband and that; like the other bills are included in the rent. Kitchen includes electric oven, gas hob, washer-dryer, fridge/freezer space, etc... space is limited tho.

The house is a 2nd/3rd floor maisonette in the middle of the row, the front door is accessed via a communal stairs and balcony. Internally it's laid out as a conventional 2 bed terraced house over 2 floors. Unallocated on street parking is available.

There is a small shop, a pub and a take away about 100m down the road. Occasionally there is some noise from there, but generally it's a quiet place to live.
