The electricity and gas are not included in the bills, are last bill was 340 for 4 months between september and december, so split between 3 is 113 and split between 4 months is 28. but this is obviously dependant on how much we use.

Currently there are two males living in the house but 1 is leaving at the end of the month and then will be renting the other room to another female.
