The room is available immediately and we are seeking either students or professionals. No references needed.

The house itself is located in a brilliant location, being very close to ARM, CPC, Addenbrooke's Hospital with good transport links to other major areas of Cambridge. It's also a short walk away to the train station, city centre and bustling Mill Road. There are lots of local amenities such as takeaways, shops and restaurants - including the Cambridge Leisure Centre and supermarkets such as Co-op and Sainsbury's.

Everything you see in the pictures comes with the room. A wardrobe, desk, chair, new bed with a comfortable mattress.

The house is made up of two floors, with the first floor solely dedicated to tenants with three rooms. The bathroom is therefore usually shared between three, although at the moment there is two
occupants

We are a couple living on the ground floor and have our own bathroom and facilities. There is also a kitchen downstairs which is used by everyone.

All bills and broadband are included in the rent, so you will not need to pay for anything else.
