The Housemates
Room would suit somebody between 20 and 30 years old who is clean and tidy, but friendly and sociable. The right person will be willing to pitch in with looking after the house to make it a pleasant place for all to live.

Single room situated at the front of the house with large window so plenty of light. Comes furnished with a single bed and wardrobe. On the modest size but comfortable.

The Financials
Rent: £450 pcm, Bills: £90. No tenancy or application fees.
