Cosy single room near science park

Hi everyone,

I live in a select development of 24 apartments (known as citygate) positioned just off Milton Road, allowing excellent access to the City Centre as well as the world renowned Science Parks.

The 2nd floor apartment consists of a hallway, an open lounge and kitchen area, a shared bathroom with bath and shower amenities, a double room and a single room.

The single room is small but has ample storage space as well as drawers and hanging space. There is room for a desk. There is also a lovely roof top window with a blind which looks out at the stars.

It must be noted that I have an elderly cat who requires a degree of patience and understanding. Cat lovers more than welcome!

There is room for a bike in the bike shed but there is no designated parking spaces for cars.

I am a middle aged lady but quite young at heart! I like to think that I am a kind and easy going person so I would like to live with someone similar. Also it is important that people keep the apartment tidy and don't mind helping when they think it's fair to do so.

I am very willing to consider taking on a lodger who would like to stay Monday to Friday and the rent will be reduced to £350 per month.
