Hi,

We're friendly young professionals (medics, engineers, health professionals etc) looking for someone like-minded to share our house with :) We're independent but like going for the occasional drink or meal out. Its a home rather than just another rental house so its kept nice and we all get along well. It’s a detached house close to Addenbrooke's/ARM, and South Cambridge and, a short 10 minute cycle to town and we're opposite a 24/7 Tescos... its an ideal location!

We've an impressive garden, brand new gas BBQ and outdoor furniture for chilling out for long summer evenings. Theres also a conservatory to relax in.

About the house:
The house is high-quality, clean, characterful and has been renovated with a fitted kitchen, and bathroom upstairs, another bathroom downstairs as well, washing machine, living room with a great TV package and Netflix. Flatscreen TV on demand - perfect for relaxing after work! There is fibreoptic broadband (virgin media) and somewhere secure to leave our bikes. There is also ample off street parking as well if you drive. Our friends are sadly moving on to work in London so there is a couple of rooms are becoming available:

The Single Room: £420 AVAILABLE FROM 2ND SEPTEMBER
Cosy room with Large window and generous wardrobe and lots of natural light. There's also plenty of under-bed storage too.

The Double Room: £520 AVAILABLE TO MOVE IN NOW
Lovely double room, large window, lots of natural light, modern sliding door wardrobe with full length mirrored door. Right next to the bathroom for convenience, its a great room.

About us:
