A lovely little room in 1950's semi, overlooking large garden with big beech trees. If you like squirrels and birds you'll enjoy this view as there are lots! The room is furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and built in cupboard. There is a corner desk and chair, ideal for students.
The surrounding area is peaceful with a green and play area, and there is easy access to Sainsbury's (maximum 5 minutes walk from the house), 10 minutes to the bus stop and there is a nature reserve behind the house too.
There is a bike shed as well.
