Single room for rent in friendly young household

Hi!

First the details:

So we have a 3 bedroom house, with a garden and garage. The kitchen is large and open plan, and opens on to the garden. We also have a large living room. The bed room is a decent sized single room (it can fit a double bed if you want)

The house is very close to all amenities, 15 min walk to town and the train station. The beehive centre (with a huge Asda) is also a short walk away!

We are looking for someone open and friendly, who doesn't mind having a chat over a cup of tea (or bottle of wine :) !) in the kitchen, or watching tv together, although equally we are happy to do are own thing.

We are looking to find someone to move in on the 11th March for a 6 month contract
