Room available in friendly shared house

I am looking for someone to take my place in this friendly shared house. The room is large, bright and clean and fully furnished. Currently it has a single bed, but the room is easily large enough for a double.

There are two shower/bathrooms in the house which are shared with the four other tenants. There is a large communal living area with a dining table, sofas, a TV and a piano. The kitchen is equipped with two microwaves, an oven, hob, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a tumble dryer in the garage. The house has a large garden which is regularly maintained by gardeners.

The housemates are a very friendly and active bunch of professionals, whose hobbies include road cycling, running, music, cooking, nights in and nights out. The house has a very friendly atmosphere which I will be sad to leave!
