All bills included in the rent, including council tax, electricity, BT broadband, gas, electric, water and tv license.

To share with female young professional who is mid thirties and the possibility of a west highland white terrier puppy appearing in 2015.

Communal spaces include utility room, large kitchen-diner, living room, bike shed, back garden, as well as upstairs bathroom with large shower cubicle. £20 contribution required per month for a professional cleaner.

Someone with an interest in holistic health preferred.

Location is a few minutes to the river and meadows, and is less than 15 minutes cycle into town or to Mill Road. The Citi3 bus runs from outside the house to town and the train station.
