A stunning room for One Flatmate

Hello,

I have a spare room to let.

The tenant and I are the only two people living in this property so you will have enough personal space.

Previously I had a lady works in Cambridge renting this room, unfortunately her job changes so she is moving to London. So I am looking for someone to replace her in the room.

Normally she will pay me the rent at the beginning of each month.

The flat locates next to the the guide bus way which is very easy for people who work or study in city centre of Cambridge as there are NO. 1 bus and Guide Bus B right next to it. Or people who work in Science Park , CRC or Business Park area.
