Looking for a flatmates to rent a full house

Hi. Due to high prices for a rooms and houses in Cambridge I came with idea to put an advert that I'm looking for a decent people who whould like to take a co-responsibility to rent a full house and stay in Cambridge for long time. I work as a Bus Driver in Cambridge so when I work I need a quiet place to have a good sleep but when I out of work I enjoy life like a normal person. If you have a full time job, consider yourself as a decent person and want to establish a nice house with a respect to each other let me know and we might do some deal. Deposit and some admin fee might my applied so bear this in mind. I can't say how much we would be paying a rent but if we can find a right property and use a heating, water, electric in an appropriate way I'm sure a rent for a room will not exceed a 450 pounds per month.
I allready do some research and found nice house in Girton for 950 per month, jus to give you a idea.
