Double-room in light, clean 3-bed home w/ 1 other

Warm and clean double-room available in light, bright, clean and warm three-bed house in CB4 half-way between the Science Park and the city centre.

I (female) am looking to share with a professional or academic who prefers to live in a clean, tidy and peaceful house rather than a rowdy, party-house - although I do throw a good party on the odd occasion.

The room is furnished but it could be unfurnished it if required and it does have a built in wardrobe.

The house has two separate loos (up and down), bathroom with bath and shower and a fully-equipped galley kitchen and a large lounge with no TV.

While I would prefer to live with someone in their 30s/40s I think maturity and respect are the main criteria.

I would be happy to consider a short-term or Monday-Friday let with bills included.
