Friendly house share

Friendly professional housemate wanted for house share in cherry Hinton. Close to cambridge city centre (20 mins by bike) And Addenbrookes. (15 mins by bike). Also close to main roads if commuting. The current housemates are very sociable and easy to get along with!
We all usually sit and watch tv in the living room, but have our own things going on as well.
The room is well sized, the room is technically unfurnished but will be selling bed and some small furniture with it as belongs to housemate leaving. It has an inbuilt cupboard which is used as a wardrobe. (Picture to follow). Bills are included, with sky hd and bt broadband, but not water as that is split every six months.
