Looking for the sort of person that prefers to be complete part of the domestic ans social amenities. The room is adequate for sleeping and studying but the whole house is a welcoming amenity which you could share.
Both myself (landlord) and colleague wish to emphasise that this is definitely NOT a typical lodging house. Come and enjoy all that is on offer - there are NO petty restrictions but it should be born in mind that this is a SINGLE residency (not suitable for sleep-overs with friends).
