Friendly house share

This house is in the Queen Edith area of Cambridge in a quiet cul de sac. Addenbrookes is only 1. 5 miles away and town 3 miles( easy cycle) and the station 1. 5. . This is a tidy well kept house with all amenities. There is a good sized common lounge and a dining room. The kitchen area is spacious with breakfast bar.

There are 2 rooms with ensuites and 1 other bedroom. House has been newly decorated. Minimum term 2 months. Short term lets considered.

I am the landlady visiting every couple of months to tidy garden and do any repairs.

If couples want a room I would suggest a rent of 900 for the ensuites
