Hi, I'm a college student and i am looking for a female student to share the room with. The room is in a family house which is located in an ideal location on Richmond road, only 15 minutes walk from the City Center. The area is quiet, peaceful and very safe. The owners of the house is an Asian professional family, who are very nice and friendly. The room is fully furnished, beautiful view, lovely decoration.
The price is quite cheap: 340 pounds/person. All bills included. Wifi, laundry and heater 24/24.
No agency fees and no deposit.

Because the family are professionals so no smoking or alcohol allowed (The room is always clean and nice). No pets and no couples.
