Let opportunity in a lovely 2 bedroom flat in Orchard Park. The room is available immediately until the 14th of April.

The flat is fully furnished with all the mod-cons. The room has a chest of draws and some shelves. It does not have a bed but there is an inflatable mattress for a temporary solution or a single bed could quickly be bought.

The current flatmate is neat, sociable and out most evenings doing sporty stuff so you'll have plenty of space!

Rent includes all bills. The flat has broadband and you are more than welcome to use the TV, PS3, Netflix and Amazon Prime (aka Lovefilm) account.
