Single room to rent in a friendly four-bedroom house share. Located in Gwydir Street, just off Mill Road, the house is in a great location close to ARU and the railway station, and a 5-10 minute bike ride to the city centre.

We're looking for a considerate, clean/tidy and sociable young professional or postgraduate to join our friendly house-share.

£350 per month, excluding bills. Bills average approx. £75 per month. The room is available from 26th Feb, and the landlord is looking for someone planning to stay in Cambridge for the long term.
