Small Double Room (Single Occupancy) On Mill Road

We have a beautiful house/flat on Mill Road with 4 double bedrooms (SINGLE OCCUPANCY), a big and bright fully equipped kitchen, communal lounge/living room with a comfy sofa, 1 toilet and 1 shower room.

The room is furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, small double ottman bed and mattress.

The price for the room £800 per calendar month and all bills are included in the rent except for TV license, also a cleaner will visit every other week to clean communal areas.

At the moment there are 3 boys in the house (2 Spanish and 1 Italian all professionals over 30 years old)

We are looking for professionals male or female responsible to treat the house like their home, we are flexible to arrange viewings in-person or video call.
