Small Double Room (Single Occupancy) on Mill Road

We have a beautiful house/flat on Mill Road with 4 double bedrooms (SINGLE OCCUPANCY), a big and bright fully equipped kitchen, communal lounge/living room with a comfy sofa, 1 toilet and 1 shower room.

The room is furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, small double ottman bed and mattress.

The price for the room £750 per calendar month and all bills are included in the rent except for TV license, also a cleaner will visit every other week to clean communal areas.

At the moment there are2 boys and 1 girl in the house (1Spanish and 2Italian all professionals over 30 years old)

We are looking for professionals male or female responsible to treat the house like their home, we are flexible to arrange viewings in-person or video call.
