Spare large double bedroom. Newly built property with good Wifi and parking (if needed).

We're really close to Cambridge Science park and CRC and offer availability to professionals and students alike. We're about 10 minutes from town and being by the private bus way have good networks for getting about.

You will be pretty much left to your own devices when here but you can be as social as you want. We do go out to town and both have our own social lives and interests (mine are quite boring - so you're welcome to join me but probably wont want to).

An ideal tenant would be someone responsible and independent. And, if you can cook even better.
