The room is a large double bedroom with good views over fields and has a small double bed (currently electric recliner,) wardrobe, table and bookcase, the garden is large and just coming into bloom.

This is a quiet house and would suit someone who has traditional work hours.
Ther is on road parking available.

There are two kitchens in this house which means that the kitchen is shared with two others. There is also a good bathroom that would be shared with one other person.

We are all friendly and sociable but independant. The room is located off Histon road with good access to Science, Business & West Cambridge Site. It is easy to access town centre 20 minutes walk or a few minutes on bike. Likewise A14/M11 ony a couple of minutes away in car.
