We have a lovely double room available now in our 4 girl house share. The house is painted in modern neutrals, fully equipped kitchen and living room. There is off street parking for 2 cars and a large, south facing garden.

The room is furnished with a double bed/memory foam mattress, shelves, large chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and black out blinds.

Rent is inclusive of all bills (Council Tax Band C paid by us), superfast broadband and a cleaner for the communal areas twice a month.

The house is on a quiet road close to Abbey Sports Centre, on bus route 3 to the city centre, station and Addenbrookes and has good road links out of the city to A14/A10/M11.

This is a really lovely quiet house share where you can feel at home -it is not a party house! We are looking for someone calm, friendly and tidy.

This room is for one person, no couples and sadly we cannot accept any students. If you think you fit the bill, please message me.
