Large family house just me and my daughter aged 29 (Me 55). Have accommodated students at Ruskin recently but term times get smaller and smaller and I like to get to know people. I am however for the summer open to short OR longer let. I have all the usual ammenities but have a lovely large garden aswell and parking. The double room is actually a twin and would suit a couple of friends or I am willing to let it as single for the same price as the smaller single. We are on a very good bus service route to the city centre, and cycling is easy too as there is a cycle lane most of the way (Newmarketroad).
