We are looking for a friendly and sociable young professional who is very clean and considerate to others (ie. knows how to wash up properly, put dishes away, clean after themselves in the kitchen etc). We have a great weekly cleaner but we do expect us all to keep things clean between cleaning visits. (if that all sounds too much effort then this house is not for you!)

Ground floor double room:
Double room at the front of the house with bay window. Furniture includes a wardrobe, shelves, double bed with new mattress. Modern decor throughout give a relaxed calm feel. Shares shower-room & WC with only two others.

Large, light & airy kitchen with central breakfast bar for socialising whilst cooking. Dishwasher/washing machine/tumble dryer, plenty of storage and fridge/freezer space.

There is a separate living room to relax in, stylishly decorated and furnished with sofas, chairs, wood flooring and 46" HD TV. 350Mb Virgin internet/wifi.

Easy access to town center over the river / Science park / Bus routes & A14/M11. The house is in a quiet road just off Victoria Road, north Cambridge.

Ideal location for cycling or walking to town centre, science parks, Westbrook Center, Jesus Green, Midsummer Common. Secure bike storage available outside.

Rent is inclusive of our regular cleaner, council tax & wifi. Gas/electricity is included, based on current usage levels but subject to review & a fair use policy in light of the current utility market volatility.

Essential that you are clean, tidy, friendly & considerate to others (no loud music, know how to wash up and clean properly etc). Non-smokers only (no `outdoor smokers` either). Deposit, references and guarantor may be required. Single occupancy only.

This house is fully registered under the councils Accreditation Scheme and is maintained to high standards, we expect the same care to be taken by housemates.
