My name is Elena and I have a double room to rent in my house. It is a 3 bedroom house, built in 2015 and still in superb condition. At the moment one of the rooms (the ensuite) is occupied by a professional lodger. You would be occupying the other double room. The third room is a study and will remain vacant.
Since the other room has an en-suite you would have the main bathroom to yourself. The room is furnished: double bed and bedside tables, ottoman chest and wardrobe.
Room is available from mid March. Best way or time to arrange viewings is by email/text, in the evenings or weekends.
Bills are not included in the rent price and would be shared between you and the other tenant. Council tax is £137 per month, and utilities are roughly £66/m for gas and electric (but this can vary), £27 for internet and £9 for water (again this can vary). So circa £240/month total, or £120 per person.
