Price: £490 (Bills included. Gas, Water, Electricity, Wireless Internet, Council Tax, even toilet paper included 😉). £25 one-off fee required to amend house contract to switch name of tenants.

The house has:
- Well-equipped kitchen
- 2 bathrooms (one shower + one bath tub)
- Large living room/dining area (which overlooks a veranda with outdoor dining area and BBQ)
- Large rear garden
- Free on street parking and bike space

The house is conveniently located at (walking distance):
- 2 mins from Mill Road, on which you can find supermarkets, shops, bars, pubs, restaurants (and bus stops);
- 10 mins from the train station;
- 20 mins from the town centre.

Four young professionals, looking for a friendly, responsible and tidy/clean housemate to live with and share this cosy house! We view the house as a home and the upkeep, as a collective responsibility from everyone of us. We all get along quite well and keep up with each other's lives but are respectful about each other's space and privacy. Every now and then we would have dinner together, watch shows together or spend time outside the house together.

We are interested in people who can stay for a longer term. To arrange a viewing please send us a message.
