House is located on Coleridge Road 2. 4 miles to the city center of Cambridge which is a 30 minute walk or 15 minute bus ride.
Smokers Welcome but only allowed to smoke outside.
The House has 4 bedrooms, one family bathroom, downstairs toilet, large kitchen, living room, conservatory, garden and off street parking.
Broadband and tv license is available however cost will be divided between all house mates.
Bills are approximatley £20- £30 per month-obviously dependant on what is used.
We are friendly and clean and are looking for someone who can offer the same.
