We are 3 friendly professionals and are looking for a 4th housemate. Long term situation, in work or post-grad studies, non-smoking female preferred (to keep the numbers even!). We are located near the river within easy walking distance of local shops and the Science Park. Just 15 minutes cycle to the city centre along the river. Also on bus routes 2 & 17.
The room will be available from the 1st of January, 2016 and the whole situation is generally lovely, much better than any other out there!
