Double Room For Short Let

We have a nice double room for a single person available from the 01st of December for a period of 4 months. We would prefer a girl, since we are at the moment 2 guys and a girl, who would like not to be alone :)
We are all professionals in their late twenties/early thirties and we are ideally looking for someone similar.
We like to have dinner all together from time to time and share nice moments, while still respecting each others' privacy.
The house is very nice and all of the ground floor is common space: living room, dining room and the amazing kitchen you can see in picture 4.
Since we are going to rent the room for only a short period, the rent includes all the bills and internet.
