Single room in artist's home

The room whilst small has lots of shelving and clothes hanging space as well as a lovely large desk. Housemate very welcome to make use of kitchen, garden, dining and lounge areas. No TV in house but license is paid should you wish to have one in the room. Also happy to offer occasional use of double bedroom for visitors. Washing machine, dryer and dishwasher and cleaning of shared areas included. I work from home three days a week but am out practically every evening as I dine with my partner who lives next door! My other flatmates are a couple, one is a student at ARU and the other works in retail. The house is on the bus route and is a very pleasant 10 - 15 minute cycle ride to the city centre. There is safe off road parking right beside the house.
