The room is in an airy semidetached house, getting sunlight from 3 sides! The room is double-sized and faces a big garden. You will have a single bed, study area, sofa, bookshelves, cupboard and side table. It is located at excellent access to the city centre. 2-3 minutes away from bus stops (citi 2 and citi 9, PR5), 10 minutes away from the North train station. If you are cycling, you would definitely admire the trip by the river to the city centre.
There is a spacious living room and outdoor seating. There is also a washing machine.
Monthly rate is £600 (all bills included).
About us, I am a professional and a mom of an 10 years old friendly boy. We are happy to share our cozy house with a friendly and responsible housemate.
