The house is occupied by a group of professionals working regular office hours between 23-36 years old who are considerate and respectful to each other maintaining the house in a tidy and orderly way. They work in archaeology, technical support, software, and computer game design

The kitchen has two fridge freezers, a dishwasher and a separate washing machine and tumble drier. There is a sitting/dining room and secure bike stores outside within a pretty well maintained garden.
Parking is readily available off road along the edge of Carlton Way making the house a great location for those commuting out of the city.
Aldi, Iceland, a post office and Chesterton Sports Centre are less than 1/2 a mile away.
My husband and I are conscientious local landlords who value keeping the house in very good condition. We do communal cleaning and gardening every two weeks and are always available in an emergency.
