The bathroom, front room, dining room, kitchen with cupboard space, and front room with internet, and all domestic bills are included in your rent. Excluded telephone calls and pay-per-view TV

Who are we? I am Tim, and my little girl will be visiting from time to time and staying over

There is space to park your car or bike.
There is a bus route within 5 minutes' walk.

Security deposit: A security deposit will be paid to reserve your room, equivalent to one month’s rent, in advance via bank transfer before you move in. No cash will be accepted.
