The studio annex has an independent front door down the side of the main house. It consists of a small hallway, a shower room with toilet, a kitchen/diner and a bed-sitting room.

Bills would be an additional £150 a month which includes water, electric, gas and council tax. Any prospective tenant would need to install their own broadband.

Living Area & Garden:

The fully equipped large kitchen/dining room has an electric oven, gas hob and fridge freezer with adequate storage units for food and kitchen utensils. There is a good sized bathroom with shower and toilet. The lounge combines as a bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe included. There are additional storage units and a two-seater sofa. The patio doors in the lounge lead out onto a large well maintained rear garden, shared with the main house.

Amenities:

The bus stop is right outside the house with good bus routes into Cambridge city center (15mins), the railway station and Addenbrookes Hospital. The annex is close to the Guided Bus route Andi has good road links to the M11 and A14. It is 10 minutes drive (or cycle) from Milton Science Park. Off & on-road parking available. The local village of Histon (10-minute walk) is well served with local amenities including a bank, post-office, a variety of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. There is a sports center/swimming pool right opposite the annex and a recreation/sports ground a 5-minute walk away.
