One double room in clean, quiet, refurbished house

I have a double room for rent near the Science Park. House has been newly refurbished with hard flooring, and is clean and tidy. There are two shared community rooms (living and dining) unlike a lot of houses around cambridge where yiu only have your bedroom. Kitchen includes washer dryer, microwave, oven. One shower room and WC upstairs and one WC downstairs. Shared living room and dining room, but please keep them tidy. Very close to the Citi 1 bus-stop (one minute walk) which takes you into the city with the night bus service. 2 minutes walk from the busway. 5 minutes walk from the Science Park. Other housemates are landlord and partner. Looking for quiet, professional housemate!
