Double room for single occupancy

Hello all,

One double room for single occupancy available from the beginning of July. We are positioned in a well-served area of Cambridge, between the city centre and the Addenbrooke's hospital. The city centre is 15 minutes by bike and bus service available every 10 minutes just in front of the house. Very close to supermarkets and restaurants.

The house is simple but with all the necessary to live (kitchen furnished with oven, hobs, washing machine, fridge and freezer), two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and the other one on the 1st floor. A garden outside where you can park your bike safely. The price includes bills and broadband.

The room will be available for about 3 months.
