House share

A single room has become available in an established house share.

In total the house will have 4 housemates. . Two current housemates are female, the third is male, all professionals in their twenties.

Either a professional male or female would be considered.

Their is a cleaning rota and everyone in the house is expected to do their share. The housemates often cook/eat together and socialise, so are looking for someone who would be comfortable with that. This is a home rather than just somewhere to stay.

Broadband available.
Lounge with cable tv.
Garden/patio
2 x wc bathroom/shower
Off MIll Road, close to shops and bus links.

Rent includes all bills.
Deposit and references.
