Hi, I've got a Single room available in a nicely furnished house close to the Science Park.


I'm the live-in Landlord and I intend to move out in order to relocate back to Ireland, for a few months at least, but most likely permanently.

My lodger, Jamie, who has been living here for 18 months will stay and I'll keep my room for myself too, even though I won't be living here. So the single room I'll make available again to keep 2 people in the house when I move away (at end of this month, Nov '23)

Double:
Good size. good condition

Single:
Small 'box' room (2.4m x 2.4m)

Spacious built-in wardrobe (which doesn't take up any of the floor area)

A tall set of shelves with plenty of storage

All bills are included, including Broadband and Council Tax

I might continue with my cleaner every 2 weeks for 3 hours which works out an extra £50 per month, between 2.

Ideally the house would be mixed again, male and female, it has always worked very well that way. We all got on very well, respected each other's own space, tidied up after ourselves etc.
