Double w off-street parking, near river, Mon-Fri

We are looking for a Mon-Fri housemate for our home. We're a couple, aged 45 and 40, and both have professional jobs. We enjoy sharing our home with a housemate, and like to talk and share some meals around busy schedules.

Currently, one of us works from home two days a week, and the other works away Mon-Fri about six months a year.

The room is available Mon-Fri, with some flexibility if someone needs the room for some weekends e. g. for a work rota shared in advance. (Or, for a short let of c. 3 months, we can offer the room for a full-time housemate for £700 per month.)

There is an allocated off-street parking space if you have a car.

Our home is 2.4km from the city centre and you can walk or cycle along the river path. We are cycling distance from the business and science parks. There's covered communal bike parking.

We are close to several supermarkets - the closest is 400m. We are also just 120m from the meadows by the river, which is great for walking and running.

The room is a southwesterly-facing double room (4m x 2.5m). There is a double bed, double wardrobe, writing desk, chair and a laminate floor.

We don't have a tv in the lounge, but we do have a tv licence for you to watch tv on your laptop and we also have a pull down screen and projector for home movie nights.

The kitchen has a dining table for four which looks onto the small garden. We have fibre broadband. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, and there is a separate toilet downstairs.

There is a cleaner who cleans the house every week.

Number 3 bus goes from nearby to the city centre and Cambridge station. Cambridge North is 1.6km away. The rent includes bills.
