No 2direct bus to ARU university or mill road cambridge.

Living in landlord. With parking space outside house.

Good size double room. ( Can be twins room or single room ) Big window airy light with garden view and Shared bathroom, kitchen, sitting room, garden.

Looking preferably for one female full time student. who is clean tidy, willing to clean their own room and good manner to share this cosy house.

Note young children in the house, you must like children to live here.

Room rate £500per month all in.

To secure the room. one month deposit and one month rent in advance, Deposit is returnable.

Please tell me which school/college you are studying when contact. Perfer a Letter from your college to prove you are Cambridge student.
