Warm, quiet, single room situated at the back of the house looking out over our garden. The room is available from 10th December. The house is situated in beautiful and safe Newnham near Wolfson College - a 5 minutes cycle from the town centre.
The house contains 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, a living room, a dinning room and a garage. The kitchen is full equipped with all the usual facilities. We are 5 in the house and everyone is a young professional so we are looking for another professional or post grad/Phd Student. Girls preferred, we are trying to keep the balance of 3 guys and 2 girls.
The room has a bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair.
The rent is £290 + £44 council tax +bills (varies from £30 to £50 which include TV license, wifi, electricity and water).
