large furnished room which has recently been redecorated in my family home, room consists of double wardrobe, built in wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table & tv. I live with my son & 2 cats. The house is less than 5 mins walk from local swimming pool/gym, on a good bus route which runs every 20mins to the city centre & train station. There is off road parking, large rear garden with patio & decking & secure enough to leave bikes. Bills are included as well as room cleaning once a fortnight. Smoking is allowed outside. £150 per week, £600 per month. £200 deposit required if wanting long term.
