Beautiful home near station, short term for female

I have annexed part of my lovely home to make space for a lodger. The house is in the perfect location -central, quiet and leafy with all amenities just moments away. I brought up my daughters here and it seems a shame to waste it by having empty rooms!!

The room and bathroom are on the top and first floor giving peace and privacy. It is small double, recently re-decorated and fully furnished. A cleaner comes every fortnight.

On the ground floor -separate from my own kitchen- is your sit-in kitchenette. This is shared with one other who is in Cambridge Monday- Friday only. It is well equipped with microwave oven, air fryer and single hob, fridge/freezer. There's small patio area. Furthermore a large private downstairs living room.

I am looking for a quiet lodger as this is a peaceful, quiet house - not for the party person.

The price includes all bills and broadband.

Please note I have one small, old dog - so please do not apply if you don't like dogs.

This is not suitable for someone who works at home during the week. I can provide references.
